| The List of the Juice Processors Verified by CNCA for FDA's Juice HACCP Regulation | ||||||||||||

| Note: In the United States, the
imported juice as well as domestic products must have been processed in
accordance with the FDA's Juice HACCP Regulation (21 CFR 120). Importers in
the United States have a responsibility under the regulation to verify that
the juice they are importing meet those requirements. The following 76 juice processing plants have been verified by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) according to the FDA's Juice HACCP regulation and the list was updated on Oct. 23, 2008. The importers in the United States could use this list to implement the importer verification procedure accordingly. |
