To return Standard-size CCC Mark

　　1. Certified enterprises can return the Standard-size CCC Mark to CCC Mark Centre or branch centre where they purchased.

　　2. Issuance and management Centre and the branch centre are responsible for reviewing the returned Standard-size CCC Mark. Money will be refund to enterprises in time while complete application documents and intact CCC labels have been identified.

　　3. To return Standard-size CCC Mark, certified enterprises need to provide the original Application Form of Returning the Standard-Size CCC Mark (download from CNCA website http://www.cnca.gov.cn/ ), intact CCC labels, and original invoice.
